hello sir/madam my daughter is 21 months old i oil her hair regularly but her hair look brown in colour. i am thinking that because of her fair skin complexion.is that true.

A. yes it's because of that Skin tone and complexion mainly depends on genetic factors so no need to worry about it it will keep on changing concentrate on overall well-being of the baby
