Hello Sir/ Madam my baby is 2.9 years old but she can't speak properly, or it seems like she knows but doesn't speak, she says al the colors names, fruits names, 1...20, ABC...Z, and follows some words but does not speak with us, otherwise she is very active and playful, I am very worried.. can you please suggest me what should I do?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. continue interact with the baby to improve vocabulary it may take some time take the help of speech therapist
