hello sir/ madam after 8 month of delivery possible to loose fat belly???which exercises can we used?? pls suggest me

A. yes you can. add cardio workout and aerobic to your routine. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hello mom Now your baby is eight months old so you can start doing yoga. Yoga is very effective including pregnancy weight. Do you by at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein is in your regular diet plan to get results fast Happy parenting
