Hello, sir /madam after 3 and half month vaccinations baby suffering from fever how many drops can given to baby and how much time gap between doses

A. You can give five drops one time and then repeat it after six hours after taking the temperature at the fever doesn’t subside totally within 72 hours of medication then you can consult the doctor for further assistance
