Q.

Hello Sir, Kindly suggest how much water my 1.3 year old boy should drink a day? Also, please suggest a few foods which can fulfill the deficiency of Iron, Haemoglobin & Vit D3. Thank you!

A. Leafy vegetables black raisins apricots fig prunes are rich source of iron and give Vitamin C rich fruits for better iron absorption abd also milk avd milk products ragi sabudana nuts and exposure to sunlight daily

A. a toddler should take around 1 ltr of water at least.. it is important to keep baby well hydrated hemoglobin.... give dates or dates Syrup.. pomegranate or pomegranate juice.. iron.. spinach tofu broccoli lentils
