Hello sir, i have a 12 month old baby, he isnt taking any food n water, doctor suggested liverill syrup 2ml mng and night is it ok?

If your doctor is suggesting then I’m very certain it would be okay only because the doctor must have examined the child and on that basis they may have given you a suggestion to use it hundred percent if your doctors advising you something you should trust and you should proceed with what they suggest
