Hello sir, i am a mother of two year boy. Since last two weeks i am having severe pain in the hip bone and the pain moves towards the rib cage. I am also having gas problems

firstly do avoid taking gases producing food, can have tab pan 40.
can use voomfast ointment for musclar pain.
do warm water bath, do hot fomentation to get relief.

There may be a situation where you are having a gas issue it could probably be related to that but it is only going to stay in the chest part doesn’t come to the Richa and all but if the situation is like this it’s really important for you to have an assessment with your doctor because without an assessment clarity cannot be provided to help you further on that
