hello sir i am 29 years old trying for second pregnancy but now i m at 10th week had early scan everything came out as normal n happy abt it my doubt is i lost 2 pregnancy before this so still is there a chance of miscarriage and i feel something like heart beat in stomach what does it mean is it heart beat of baby and any suggestions to be taken

some medicationif started then they reduce chance of early abortion
