Hello si my daughter is 1 yr old , now she is in her teething phase she also doing loose motions after almost every meal , her appetite is also become weak suddenly.. what to do plz advice

A. during teething kids stand to put everything in their mouth which causes stomach infection and therefore loose motions please visit a pediatrician and get proper treatment done
