A. Dear parent make sure ur child doesn't have more chocolates coz chocolates create constipation to some extent and regarding RO water change the tds level close to tap water bcoz RO water doesn't have natural minerals that normal water has. Give ur kid warm milk at nights regularly.

A. RO is demineralized form . You may find so many reports and papers on hazardous effect of RO water. You may change the TDS count of it and use it but better to avoid it You may use the simple boiled and cooled water mixed with RO..

A. Hi Parent make sure she passes urine for six to seven times at least in a day You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime (don't wake her up though) don't use RO water Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
