Hello, Recently I watch many videos in youtube about 6 month+ baby food....by videos ..On that they say the ingredient poha...what's that poha means.??..is that oats....or some other else????plz reply Any!!!!

A. hi poha means rice. I mean ,rice that has been parboiled ,rolled , flattened and then dried to produce flakes. so , don't worry,you can use.
