Hello, now my baby has completed 6 months and I have to start work soon n my work includes travelling outstation for work purpose...my baby was exclusively breastfed till now but he’s not taking bottle now and I want to knw how do I reduce my milk supply so tht I don’t get lumps and engorgement...plz advice

as your child is 6 months old ,it is better to offer breastmilk .
but as you have to join your work and because of it ,you may feel engorgment.
here I suggest some tips,hope it help:
wear cotton loose fit clothes.
express milk through breastpump or hands and Store it for your child.
