Hello!! My twin kids are just 2 years old. For the past 7-8 months their weight didn’t increase significantly (neither decreased though), it got stagnant basically. May I know what way it can get increased and also what is the right quantity of food/meal for a 2 years old kid generally.

A. Hello mom at Times it happens kids after the age of one they tend to gain about 2 to 4 kgs yearly a little variation is acceptable as far as they are active for his age and eating well
