Q.

Hello... My twin babies are currently on their 8th week. Their birth weight was 1.9kg each and now their current weight is above 2.5kg each. Should I still measure and feed them or can I directly breastfeed them and give formula when they demand? Currently they r on bm & formula. Babies were pre-term - born on 34th week.
