#asktheexpert hiii...my twin babies are weighing 10kgs each...they are 2 yrs 3 months old...how to gain their weight.... please suggest

A. hinmom. if your kids are healthy and happy do not worry regarding weight. u can achieve wrught gain by introducing more of proitein and carb ruch diet. include dairy food,chicken egg ,peanut spread . give 1 tsp ghee daily
