hello my son is about 7 years old and we are vegetarians. He did not like and eat lentils at all. Is there any substitute of it or else suggest me how can I make him eat it so he gets sufficient protein

Mam you can try giving more of legume to the child then in that case it would be a better choice you can offer for millets grains and different options have their own importance to look for varieties with which you can offer it and your child doesn’t even realise what you are giving you you can find thousands of easy recipes like
