A. hi mam, first, your child has weight on higher side so please visit your pediatrician for once. for stomach problem, please offer small and frequent meal. but please don't force feed or overfeed your child. offer natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child which help to maintain good bacteria in intestine. give pinch of pepper powder ,salt and few drops of lemon and ginger juice in 4 drops quantity .
