hello my son is 4 years old...and he is having fever since morning along with vomting after meal...he vomited twice till now..i am giving him ibugesic plus gor fever ...i want to ask can i give him emset 2mg syrup for vomiting treatment and ifyes pls suggest the quantity of the same and when its is to be given ....

A. Fever is a response of the body tohg any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
