Hello my son is 4.5 months old from last few days i've notice some white spots on his face

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you can apply coconut oil and most of the times it is because of dryness of the skin during winter season sometimes it can be because of deficiency of vitamins and minerals

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. as baby is too small there can be chances of having hormonal patches so you should not be worried and it should go when you massage your baby with oil but if it is increasing then better consult doctor because it may happen due to calcium deficiency
