my baby has white spots on his face and he is only 5 months old

A. many times white spots can occur in children at multiple sites on body but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application (atogla / sebamed ) or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away. if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then youe have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection, worms infestation also for wshich your doctor will prescribe specific cream. give plenty of water to drink.
