hello, my son is 4.11 yrs old.his skin on his hands gets peeled off when he stays in water for 15-20 mins. what would be the reason and would you recommend any medication?

It We can be really soft and wrinkled if a person is into water for a really long time but if it is peeling off then there is some other issue also associated with it I am just going to advise you to once consult a skin specialist for have a clarity over this issue
