Hello, My Son is 3yr 1 month old,not yet started to speek with 2 words,using single words and actions,some times he speaks himself ,he was addicted to Tv he will sing nursery rhyme fully but not speaking with others.if he needs something he uses single word to get the things.we were in a flat ,me my husband and son alone,he was not much interacting with kids,we planned to sent him to preschool when was 2yr old.. but due to lockdown we couldn't. so much worried about him. please help
