Q.

Hello my son is 3years old he take thumb too much his thumb taking is increasing day by day too much. we have tried everything to get him rid off but he still take thumb every time what to do because of this his teeth alignment detoriate. what to do plz suggest

A. you can visit a dentist for this and he or she will help you make a thumb cab and also council your child it is better to visit a paediatric dentist who are experts in this field. you can also make your child stand in front of the mirror and show him that he doesn't look nice when the thumb is in the mouth as 3 years is the maximum age we can wait for the habit to stop

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc It will correct soon Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
