hello. my son is 3 yr old, and he got cold and coughing. can I give macbery junior syrup

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine giveftyn. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. hi no please don't try such self medication it can be harmful instead of it,you may try some safe Homemade remedies like: apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day
