Q.

Hello My son is 3.5 months old. I formula feed him thrice a day. He take only 60ml each time. His weight is 7.5 kgs. I don’t know whether it is enough or not. And he only take breast feed for 2-3 minutes and becomes cranky if i force him to take breastfeed for more time.

A. Hello dear parent! As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion.
