Hello.. My son is 2yr 11months old, he is still 10kg weight only. From last 5days he told me mumma stomach pain while he ate something. In abdominal scan everything is normal, in blood test reports some viral infection is there, present fever is reduce, but sometimes he said stomach pain. Am so worried about him

might be due to worms or constipation, gases can be reason for stomach ache.
give him half cup of ajwain water.
