A. weigth gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it. . .. . . . . .. . . .

A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 250 to 500g per month. so first ensure that your child weighs normal or not.
