#AskTheExpert My baby is preterm born on 29 weeks and 3 days ..know she is 3 month old but her weight is very low ...increases very slowely what shpuld i do..birth weight is 1 kg 80 gms and know 2900 gms only.

A. hello dear Mom the weight of the child increases by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breastfed baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast as a breastfeeding mother have a healthy fluid and a fibre rich diet
