hello..my son is 2 years old evrything ok with him bt he speaks only a or two words... evry 1 says he ll speak with sm more time is'nt?

A. DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or note r

A. Hello,yes at this age babies speak this much only and if you keep on motivating your baby to sing rhymes,songs and talk as much as you can ,so that baby also wants to talk to you,then in sometime you will see he will start talking and at the age of two and a half year he will speaking small small sentences.
