hello my son is 2+ he is very active not sitting at one place always running am unable to stop him these days he is throwing things also shouting i don't what to do pls help me out am very much stressed about his behaviour

Molars could be happening with your child as that can lead to so much of irritation into a child because that’s the most painful thing to happen and probably which is why your child is screaming shouting in throwing up things and yet if you do not see there’s a reason that I think it’s better to have a consultation with your paediatrician one time
