Hello my son is 1yr 4 months old, he kept iron box on his leg n its one month the injury was recovering but again from yesterday swalling is there and because of that pain he is got fever.. why is it taking too late to recover n now i guess water as formed inside. i was applying silver sulphadiazine cream

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. without examination difficult to comment upon the current situation if the injury was more and has not healed properly you should follow up with your treating doctor and make sure that it is not getting infected or any pus discharge is there
