Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. immediately after burns you have to keep the body part involved inside the cold water for few minutes. after that you have to meet the doctor for the medicinesx to be given. it is important to maintain hygiene so that secondary skin infection does not occur and give plenty of water to xdrink and take a follow every 3 days with the doctor. for pain you can give paracetamol /ibuprofen to the child. can later apply burns cream like burnheal, silverex.
