Hello my son is 10 months old and not got a single tooth till now since morning he poops loose after every 5 to 10 minutes. Plz tell me why is this happening

this is okay..
as teething starts around 6 to 15 months..
start with calc phosphorus a homopathic medicine for teething
use Babyhug teethers..
