Hello...my son is 10 months 9 days old. can I give him ridge gourd, printed gourd, spine gourd and all other forms?

Yes that is completely alright because we anyways encourage all the parents to give all kind of fruits and vegetables which ever or available to them so your child will always have a proper habit of eating proper vegetables and fruits from the beginning itself
