Hello! My son is 1 year and 1 month old. How much ml of coconut water can I give him daily?

A. About 60 ML you can be giving every day or every alternate day because it is high in potassium so I would say to avoid giving it every day you should give it 2×3 times in the week that is going to be decent enough always focus upon giving more of regular water
