Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Eggs and non veg foods
Add nuts and dry fruits to baby’s diet.
Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Continue to breastfeed.

personally,I believe that after age of one year ,kids don't need any specific diet and timetable
they can take food with their family.
so please set your child meal time Along with yours.
kids learn more from imitating their parents
so it will help to make your child eat better by observing you and other family members.
