Hello mom every baby is different and so will their pattern of sleep and routine to a great extent depends on the environment and habits been developed over a period of time .. by now the toddler should be useD to regular foods made at for the family and a good 3 main meals and two time snacks can be given .. and one or two small day nap time would be ideal so that they sleep well in the night

Dear mum, for 16 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese, breast milk. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.
Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
