Hello, my son 3 years 11 months old having fever a CD chills since today morning. I gave him P250 5ml 6th hrly. It id record 103⁰F this evening. shall I change the medicine or dosage? pls help.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole bodhuy with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
