Hello, My son, 20 months old had fever a couple of days back. Now he is having cough and cold along with red patches on skin. Please find the pics attached for reference.

A. I could not see the attachment and it’s better to consult your Paediatrician and get it checked as these rashes needs to be examined and start giving steam put nasoclear nasal drops and apply Vick’s vaby rub on chest and back at the time of sleeping and give warm liquids like soups
