hello ,my question is my son 3year7 month old . his skin colour suddenly down 👎 day by day . what I do for him

A. my 3yr old baby got high fever last weak.and its last for 6 days.now fever reduced.but he sleeping full time and not taking any food

A. hi it happens because of many reasons for example lack of sleep,lack of nutrients , excess usage of cosmetic or use of harsh cosmetics, etc so please check it all
