Hello.,my period is mostly irregular it comes in 35-40days i mean my cycle length is 35-40days.and now we are planning for a baby.i took a pregnancy test today morning... i uploaded that picture too...my previous period starts on January 2 i m totally confused now what should I do

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration
