Hello I am having Lower back pain and lower abdomen pain. my lmp was 23 July. my cycle is irregular. Sometimes it comes on 29 days or 35 days . last month cycle length was 41 days. Today is my 13 day after missed period. I tested it on 27 August but it was negative. what should I do
