Hello My little one 2 years 8 months old she is active and she can understand everything but she can't speak properly still she is talking only 2 letters words like amma dad thatha etc..only she is unable to build any sentense Iam worried how to improve speech therapy to child.

A. some babies may be having expressive aphasia the reason baby may not be speaking properly since baby is having some words if you interact more with the baby gradually baby can learn to speak properly
