hello, my kid is of 3 years 9 months old. she is suffering from stomach ache after having every meal even though I have kept her like a rose but still every three months she faces dis problem. is it bcz of worms? I have dewormed her in the month of june, can I deworm it within 3 months? Thanks

Yes I dnt give her any kind of sugary things or outside food. and she has worms issues, no acidity or tight stools but she says she feel burn after poop

Does your child have constipation ?
or acidity ?
you need to completely stop giving Biscuits, chips, chocolates, bread, sugary drinks packaged foods
Add natural apetisers like coconut water, lemon juice, ajwain water, fennel seed water for good digestion
If there are worms, which can be checked with a paediatrician, you can do the deworming
