Hello , my kid is 3 years old .. 5 days back he got severe stomach ache and fever ..our family physician said it’s due to stomach infection and prescribed colocaid and meftal Sos for fever. Fever subsided with a single dose only but he has loose motions since 5 days The physician says its not an issue as long as he is active. But it’s been 5 days he is freshening up 8times a day Shouldn’t he be given any medicine to stop this Or should I wait ??? Plz help
