#AskTheExpert my son in 10 yrs old having fever and severe stomach ache since yesterday gave him ibugesic 10ml .would you suggest anything else?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some phathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomrach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
