I missed period upt positive but I’m having severe back ache light stomach ache n fever pls help

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take enough rest and painkillers Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
