Q.

I have a missed period and UPT positive but still I get periods like back pain ,any advice and suggestions

A. It happens sometimes but as you are telling the urine report us positive and most if the time us us correct only so consult a gynaecologist once now and for back pain take rest and apply hot water bag over it
