Hello dr . My daughter is going to be 3 years next month . Right now she having fever with body ache, stomach ache and mouth ulcer

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. hello sir, it can be due to some viral or bacterial infection in the baby. you can apply kids mouth ulcers gel on the ulcers. increase water intake of the baby and avoid oily and maida food items. also please get the baby evaluated byba nearby doctor as medicine dosage depends upon weight and age of the baby.
