hello my kid is 3 years 7 months old,her weight is approx 15kg suffering from fever of 100°yesterday iam giving meftagesic 4ml and zifi antibiotic 3.5 ml and for cold maxtra 5ml.My qstn is are the ml iam giving is right or need to increase dosage still her fever is on 100° only?
